Arkleton Trust seeks new Trustee

The Arkleton Trust is currently looking to appoint a new trustee in June 2011.  This position is not remunerated, although reasonable meeting expenses will be covered.  Under the rules of the Charity Commission, the person must be permanently resident in England (not the UK).

Clearly we are interested in finding someone who has experience and passion for all matters rural and remote.  However, someone with any of the following attributes would be greatly appreciated:

• experience in developing countries;
• Contacts with decision-makers in central government and / or the corporate sector;
• possessing skills in legal areas, fundraising, IT and / or PR/media
